Santa Ana Police Release Video of Women Vandalising Car After Receiving a Parking Citation

Santa Ana Police Department have called for help in identifying a women who vandalized a city vehicle after receiving a parking citation on February 4. A video uploaded by the police to YouTube on March 2 shows a parking warden hand a citation to a women sitting on a vehicle while on the phone. The woman then proceeds to rip it up. She then reportedly keyed the hood of the adjacent parking control vehicle and confronted the owner.
