Rain Water Fills 'Infamous' Sinkhole in Morganton, North Carolina
A flash flood warning was issued for parts of eastern North Carolina on Thursday, October 7, as heavy rain impacted the region.
This footage filmed by Scotty Powell shows rain water filling an “infamous” sinkhole in Morganton during the storm.
