A school bus carrying students got stuck in a sinkhole on Wednesday, September 22, after a water main burst and weakened the road in Aspen Hill, Maryland – about 15 miles from Washington, DC.

This footage was posted to Twitter by Pete Piringer, the public information officer for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue service, who said there were no injuries and all “three or four students” on the bus were safely evacuated.

According to local reports, the area was closed while Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) water crews work to repair the broken water main. Credit: Pete Piringer via Storyful
