US stocks are mixed at Monday's market open, the Dow Jones Industrial (^DJI) rising by over 0.7% as the Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) falls by nearly the same amount. The market is eagerly awaiting the Federal Reserve's decision on interest rates at the central bank's policy meeting later this week, with many pricing in an interest rate cut.
