A Russian drone strike injured at least four people and caused damage to a seven-story residential building in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Wednesday, November 13, according to Ukrainian officials.

The State Emergency Service (SES) said three women and one man were wounded. They included an 84-year-old woman, a 53-year-old woman, and a 74-year-old man, according to Oleg Sinegubov, the head of Kharkiv’s regional government.

Footage released by the SES shows damage to the facade of an apartment and two injured people, a man and a woman, being transferred to ambulances for medical treatment.

The strike was one of two drone attacks on the city, according to the city’s mayor, Igor Terekhov. The earlier drone struck near a shopping center and damaged more than 20 parked cars and a trolleybus, he said. Credit: State Emergency Service of Ukraine via Storyful
