Fairbanks a Winter Wonderland as Six Inches of Snow Anticipated in Parts of Alaska

The University of Alaska campus in Fairbanks was covered in snow on December 23 as the National Weather Service (NWS) forecast up to six inches of snowfall, with temperatures hovering around 5 degrees Fahrenheit (-15 Celsius).
