Pensacola Residents Rescued After Downpour Floods Apartment Complex

Emergency crews rescued 146 people from an apartment complex in Florida’s Escambia County on Friday, June 16, after torrential rain triggered a flash flooding emergency.

Footage captured by Terry Blackwell shows floodwaters at Forest Creek Apartments in Pensacola on Friday morning. Blackwell said their home is on the second floor.
