Several Injured as Strikes Hit Zaporizhzhia

At least five people were injured in morning strikes on Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, on Friday, October 21, the secretary of the Zaporizhzhia City Council, Anatoliy Kurtev, said.

Footage from Suspilne Zaporizhzhia shows a cordon outside a residential block in the city with a large hole in an outer wall.

Kurtev said the residents of the damaged apartment were not home at the time.

Kurtev reported strikes elsewhere in the city, including at a school, where he said an unexploded shell was being dealt with.
