Timelapse Shows Year of Scenic Vermont Seasons

A Vermont resident snapped one photo per week throughout 2019 to document the changing seasons as seen from her home in Hartland.

Jennifer Hannux said she took a photo each week and compiled them into a 52-photo slideshow full of pastel skies, lush greenery, and snowy trees.

Hannux said the project documents the natural scenery she sees from her front porch, including the stunning Mount Ascutney in the background.

Hannux said 2019 was her second year making the compilation, with her 2018 slideshow garnering more than 5,000 “likes” and 1,000 retweets on Twitter.

“It’s sometimes a lot of work/easy to forget. But once you start doing it then it’s easy to just keep going!” Hannux said on Twitter about her weekly photo project. Credit: Jennifer Hannux/@VermontJen via Storyful
