How 'The Grinch' Plows Snow in North Carolina

A winter storm which dumped ten inches of snow on Lubbock, Texas, moved to the southeastern parts of the U.S. on Sunday, December 9.

Forecasters predicted the storm could bring up to a foot of snow to states including North Carolina and Virginia.
