A cold snap swept across large parts of Texas, causing major damage to homes in Houston on Wednesday, February 17, with one man saying, “our houses are not ready for this”.

This video uploaded to Instagram shows water pouring from the ceiling of a home after a water pipe burst, inflicting flood damage.

A man then speaks about how Texans and their houses usually deal with heat and are not prepared for the severe cold weather.
