Lava Spews From Fissures in Hawaii's Leilani Estates

At least 22 lava fissures have opened in lower Puna, Hawaii, since a May 4 earthquake near the Kilauea volcano. This video shows activity from fissures 15, 19, and 22 in Leilani Estates, Hawaii, on May 22.

A presidential disaster declaration has been issued for the Kilauea area, according to local reports.
