Bear Trapped Inside SUV Freed by Deputies

Deputies in Colfax, California, helped free a bear that was trapped inside an SUV recently, sharing video of the incident to Facebook on June 4.

Footage by Placer County Sheriff’s Office shows the bear fleeing the vehicle it had locked itself inside, after deputies had broken a window for it to escape.

The video also captured the damage to the car’s interior, and the sheriff’s office reminded drivers not to leave their doors unlocked.
