An atmospheric river swept over California on Sunday, October 24, brining record rainfall to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Rain caused flash flooding on Sunday from the Bay Area to the state’s border with Nevada. This footage filmed by @Therealcedyced and posted on Twitter shows a boy in Vallejo floating on a rubber ring in the floodwater.
