California Resident Captures Palisades Fire Burning From Los Angeles Neighborhood

California resident Shayna Samuels captured a video of the Palisades Fire burning in her Los Angeles neighborhood on May 16, as evacuation orders for around 1,000 people remained in effect.

The brush fire grew to 1,325 acres with zero containment as of Monday, May 17, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
