Crowds gathered in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park on August 9 for a rave, with thousands reportedly in attendance.

Footage of the rave shows partiers listening to music and not social distancing, with only some donning facial masks. The uploader captioned the clip, addressed to New York Governor Cuomo: “Could pls someone explain why crowds with live music, djs and carnival parties are allowed at Prospect Park?”

The party, billed as Litnic 20, was reportedly attended by over 1,500 participants.
