The Israel Police said early on May 10 that nine officers were wounded as they sought to “repel rioters” gathered at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

Around 180 people were injured on Monday, the Palestinian Red Crescent said. Over 300 Palestinians and at least 20 police officers were injured in clashes over the weekend.
