Powerful winds stirred up a dust devil in Toronto on Saturday, May 21, before deadly storms killed at least seven and caused severe property damage across southern Ontario.

This video taken by Dr. Liza Egbogah, who said she filmed it before the storm hit, shows winds kicking up a dirt vortex on a construction site.
