Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed a large crowd of supporters at his official residence in Ankara at around midnight on Monday, May 29, following his victory in the country’s presidential runoff election.

Erdogan won the election with 52.14 percent of the vote, while his opponent Kemal Kilicdaroglu won 47.86 percent, Anadolu Agency reported.
