Flood Rescues Continue in Kherson After Kakhovka Dam Disaster
Rescue efforts in Kherson, Ukraine, continued as more than 1800 homes were flooded in the Korabelny district of the city on Wednesday, June 7, authorities said.
Citing the Ukraine Ministry of Internal Affairs (UMIA), Ukraine’s national broadcaster reported that the rate of water rising across Kherson was decreasing, with the most difficult situation being in Korabelny district.
