Florida Beachgoers Witness Towering Waterspout
Beachgoers in Destin, Florida, watched as a waterspout appeared close to shore amid cloudy skies on Thursday, August 11.
A special marine warning that forecast a possible waterspout was issued for the region by the National Weather Service on Thursday.
