A girl in Salt Lake City, Utah, had plenty to celebrate on November 29 when she found out her tumor was gone, and the first person she wanted to tell was her dad.

Ariana Marshall shared footage, taken by her mother, of her sharing the happy news with her dad. “Central giant cell granuloma,” she tweeted. Marshall tells her dad through tears that her tumor is gone and that she doesn’t have to go back to Huntsman Cancer Institute for six months.
