Hot Tub Cover Tossed by Winds as Severe Thunderstorm Hits Central Kentucky

Gusty winds, rain, and lightning swept across central Kentucky early on Thursday, January 12, amid a severe thunderstorm warning in the area.

Security camera footage belonging to Nate Hall shows the stormy weather at his home in Danville, in northern Boyle County. “The hot tub cover was locked on in 4 different places, and the wind ripped it right off,” Hall said.
