Duniyana Adnan al-Amour, a 22-year-old art student, was killed by an Israeli missile in Gaza, on Friday, August 5, according to her family.
The Israeli Defense Forces attacked Gaza on Friday, citing "direct threats posed by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”
An Egyptian-negotiated ceasefire took effect late Sunday night.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported 44 people died in the strikes, including 15 children.
