A birdwatcher recorded a mob of kangaroos as they splashed their way in mesmerizing style across a flooded section of the Murray River in the northeast of Victoria recently.
Footage by Paul Blake shows several bouncy marsupials hoping to it through a flooded paddock.
Blake told Storyful that he was out birdwatching in one of his favorite spots when he caught the special moment on camera.
“I didn’t count on the kangaroos travelling between different areas near the vineyard,” he said.
Blake, who had his camera ready, said he was “lucky” to capture the scene, as the roos “hopped directly at me”. Credit: Paul Blake via Storyful
