Police vehicles and first responders lit up the area outside a hospital in Rochester, New York, for an initiative called “Good Night Lights!” on Wednesday evening, December 1.

Rochester Police Department officers parked their squad cars with other first responders in locations outside of Golisano Children’s Hospital with the aim to help “say goodnight to the patients with their car lights,” 13WHAM reported.

The event has been held annually for the past four years. The light show is scheduled to recur three more times this month during the holiday season.
