Rain Soaks Southern California as Wild Weather Continues
The Los Angeles area experience rainy weather for the second day in a row on Wednesday, March 22.
Thunder and hail were also observed in the area, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
The rain on Tuesday broke multiple daily rainfall records, said the NWS.
