Supporters Gather as 'Freedom Convoy' Enters Greater Toronto Area

Supporters gathered as the “Truckers for Freedom” anti-vaccine-mandate convoy approached the greater Toronto area on Thursday, January 27, and continued its journey to the Canadian capital, Ottawa.

This footage was filmed by Twitter user @destiny_113, who said it was filmed on Ontario Highway 401, also known as Macdonald–Cartier Freeway, as supporters waved Canadian flags and cheered for the convoy.

Police in Ontario urged the public to be “patient and respectful of each other” despite potential inconvenience related to the convoy and crowds on highways.
