Two Questioned by Arson Investigators as Palisades Fire Grows

Two individuals have been questioned by investigators in relation to the Palisades Fire burning in LA County, Fire Captain Erik Scott said on Sunday, May 16.

Scott said LAFD arson investigators and the Los Angeles Police Department had questioned and released one individual, and detained a second.

Approximately 1,000 people who live near Topanga Canyon Road were evacuated from their homes, the Los Angeles Times reported.
