Tropical Storm Philippe continued to move west, slowly approaching the Lesser Antilles, graphics by the National Hurricane Center (NHC) showed. Philippe could bring heavy rain to the Leeward Islands, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico over the weekend, the NHC said.
