Vibrant Green Aurora Shimmers in Northern Manitoba Sky

A Manitoba-based photographer captured the green glow of the aurora borealis over South Indian Lake on Monday, January 30.

The footage, recorded by RJ Roldan, shows the bright green northern lights flowing in the clear Manitoba sky. Roldan told Storyful that he’s grateful to have a living room window that faces north.

“I have the best seat in the house. The perks of having a window view in your living room facing the northern sky and living under the Aurora oval zone is something to be grateful for,” he said. Credit: @rjayroldan via Storyful
