A woman with cerebral palsy lifted her body up for the first time at a gym in McKinney, Texas, on February 20, her physical therapist said.

The inspiring moment was captured by Daniel Stein, who runs Special Strong, a gym that provides fitness programs for people with mental, physical, and cognitive challenges. The video shows client Jenna successfully pulling and holding herself up for a number of seconds.
