Wombat 'Helps' to Load Dishwasher for Carer

A wombat proved a keen if perhaps unwanted kitchen assistant for its carer in the Canberra suburb of Fraser recently, when it clumsily got stuck in at the dishwasher.

“Thanks, Barney. Yep, I’ve got it!” Helen Hardy can be heard saying to the wombat as he nudges a dishwasher tray.

Sharing the video on Instagram on November 25, Hardy joked, “Don’t you love it when the teenagers help you stack the dishwasher?!”
