The driver of a New York State Department of Transportation truck blocked a street and honked their horn to cheers from Black Lives Matters protesters in New York City’s Bowery neighborhood on Tuesday, June 2.

Footage shows protesters chant “peaceful protest” as they walk through the Bowery neighborhood.

This video then shows the driver of the truck, which is parked across the middle of the road, honk their horn at protesters marching by.

Other footage shows protesters chant “hands up don’t shoot” as they walk near the intersection of Canal Street and Mott Street.

Video also shows protesters erecting barricades near Franklin Street and Broadway.
