Evacuations Underway in Western Oregon as Flooding Threatens RV Park

Flooding overtook parts of western Oregon on Friday, November 12, spurring the evacuation of an RV park in Neskowin threatened by a rising creek and potential mudslides, the US Coast Guard (USCG) said.

The USCG and the Tillamook Sheriff’s Office were working to evacuate about 50 people at a Neskowin RV park near Neskowin Creek, they said.
