The Grizzly Creek wildfire burning in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, had scorched 3,702 acres by Wednesday, August 12, according to reports.

The “extremely active and fast-moving” fire, which started on Monday, was burning north and south of Interstate 70 near the Colorado River, reports said.

Interstate 70 was closed between Glenwood Springs and Gypsum because of the fire. Residents of Lookout Mountain and No Name were issued evacuation orders, officials said.
