Newly released surveillance footage from the Hamilton County prosecutor's office shows the moments leading up to the execution-style shooting, which happened in the parking lot of a Westwood Walmart in the middle of the afternoon. EDITORS NOTE: WCPO has edited the video to omit the final moments during which 24-year-old Jamontea Brown is killed.
