Meet the professional partier who gets paid to neck pints of WKD and rosé - and says she never gets a hangover thanks to pickled onion crisps and Diet Coke.

Party-animal Danielle Walsh, 34, was scouted by a bar manager for her incredible ability to down cocktails in seconds after they spotted her on social media.

She was offered a job as a party rep - and spends her evenings taking stag and hen dos and revellers on 'the best night out of their lives'.

Danielle starts by loading her party crew with drinks at the Surf Shack and then they pedal around town on the party bike for non-stop boozing.

It's then time for more mayhem with willy workshops, cocktail classes and strippers.

She was worried she wouldn't be able to fit professional partying into her 9-5 week schedule but Danielle has proven there is no rest for the wicked and goes straight to take people out for the weekend.

Danielle, a care worker by day and professional partier by night, from Belfast, Northern Ireland, said: "I do it because I love it. I don't get paid more than anyone else on the team.

"Think Ibiza weekender but in Belfast. I take tourists from all over the world.

"Nobody has ever said anything negative about what I do, I think because I am truly myself.

"My care colleagues absolutely love it and think it's hilarious."

When it comes to hangovers, the party animal has never suffered too badly but has some stern words of advice.

“You cannot dwell on it," she said.

"You need to get up and get out and make sure your house is clean beforehand.

“Every Sunday I am prepared with a multipack of pickled onion Walkers crisps and Diet Coke. Honestly, it works wonders.”

The mum-of-one hopes to carry on living the dream and only has one day off on a Sunday to recuperate.

"I'm a party-animal and love a night out so to get paid to party is an absolute dream for me," she said.

"I can let my hair down and burn off steam - while earning money - it's a win-win."

Danielle explained how she started recording videos of herself drinking her boozy concoctions and posted them to social media in December 2020.

Her all-time favourite drink is rosé mixed with blue WKD, which is her own take on the classic purple rain.

She quickly amassed 168.9k followers and was scouted in February 2022 by a local bar the Belfast Pedal Pub - who asked her to join their team as a professional partier.

Danielle now works every Friday and Saturday evening - taking stag, hen dos and revellers out for a night of mayhem.

“It was such a fluke. One day in lockdown I recorded myself downing a pint of - malibu and milk - and it blew up," she said.

"The bar manager recognised me off TikTok and asked me to join their team.

"We start off going for pre-drinks and then pedal around the town on a party bike.

“Loads of people request to have me as their rep because they recognise me from the internet.

“There are willy workshops, strippers and cocktail classes. It's a bag of laughs.

“I basically take tourists from all over the world out for the best night of their lives."

Danielle explained how her role as a partier allows her to 'let off steam' after a hard day as a care worker for young people with disabilities.

“It’s a huge release from a week of hard work,” she explained.

“I have always worked in care, but the care centre isn’t a nursing home, it’s like a youth club but for adults with disabilities.

“We do everything from personal care rehabilitation to taking them out for day trips to the beach and cinema.

“My weekends and weekdays are like chalk and cheese."

Danielle has always 'loved a drink' but before starting at the day centre, she didn’t have much time to go out and have fun as she worked in a care home for seven years doing 14-hour shifts.

“I live for my care work, and I would never give it up. I am so happy I can do both," Danielle said.

”I absolutely love my life, but I don’t have time for a boyfriend.”

She will keep up her social media - where strangers dare her to try different concoctions.

“The worst thing I’ve ever been dared to drink is Buckfast - which is tonic red wine - and milk. Someone in my comments online told me it tasted like chocolate milk.

"I thought I would throw up but I swear I actually liked it," Danielle said.

"But despite some drinks tasting vile, I've never thrown up doing it. I was born different.

“It’s absolute chaos but so much fun."
