<p>A carer turned camgirl now rakes in £40k a month after setting up her own agency at the age of 21 to empower other women.<br></p><p>After becoming successful in the adult industry, Latiesha Jones, 21, set up her own agency in August 2021 - providing support and helping other women to know how to pose, what to say and how to stay safe whilst being a camgirl.</p><p>Before her career change Latiesha had been working 75 hours a week as a carer making £1,200 a month - but she now makes her monthly salary in just one day and rakes in £40k per month from her agency, taking just a 10% cut from her employees and working whenever she chooses to.</p><p>Having grown her business from 15 camgirls, she now supports just under 100 women with their profiles and workload. </p><p>Latiesha was able to quit her job as a carer in November 2021 and has been running her agency full time ever since. </p><p>Latiesha, from Manchester, said: “I love the freedom of it. </p><p>“I’m never going back to a 9-5 job. </p><p>“I was just throwing the money around to start off with, but I realised that I could make camgirling my career.</p><p>“Now I work when I want to but I’m always there on my phone for the girls.</p><p>"I love giving them the advice and support they need to feel empowered as camgirls too.” </p><p>Latiesha picked up camgirling when she was 19, whilst also studying for her crimonlogy degree at University of Salford and working as a Tesco shop assistant. </p><p>After finding herself making an 'easy' £300-an-hour of camgirling she started to look at setting up her own agency - Latiesha’s live. </p><p>"It was so empowering, and I loved that I could make so much from just an hour or so of speaking to someone," Latiesha said.</p><p>"People just like to talk about their lives and it's a variety of people- from businessmen to family guys.</p><p>"Sometime they'll ask you to flash your boobs but you do what you're comfortable with."</p><p>In August 2021 she decided to give the agency a shot and set up Latiesha's live with 15 women on board.</p><p>She started a job as a carer in October 2021 and worked up to 15 hours a day but continued camgirling and her agency in her spare time.<br></p>
