夏天來臨!自己做芒果雪花冰
材料:
||芒果冰淇淋 MANGO ICE-CREAM
芒果泥 Mango Puree 150 g
煉乳 Condensed Milk 100 g
鮮奶油 Whipping Cream 150 g
檸檬汁 Lemon Juice 10 g
||牛奶雪花冰
牛奶 Milk 250 g
煉乳 Condensed Milk 60 g
鹽 Salt appropriate amount 適量

做法:
||芒果冰淇淋 MANGO ICE-CREAM
1. 芒果切丁,並取150g以食物調理機打成泥
Make the mango diced and take 150 g diced mango purée in a food processor
2. 將芒果泥倒入鍋中,加入煉乳以小火煮至濃稠
Pour the mango puree into the pan, add condensed milk and cook with low-heat until it become thick
3. 倒入檸檬汁收乾,放涼備用
Add lemon juice to the sauce and stir evenly, then stand still to make it cool down
4. 鮮奶油打至9分發,加入芒果醬混合拌勻
Whip the whipping cream, mix with mango paste and stir evenly
5. 倒入保鮮盒,冷凍約6-8小時
Pour into the foodstorage container, and freeze for 6-8 hour

||牛奶雪花冰 MILK SHAVED ICE
1. 將牛奶、煉乳、鮮奶油及鹽拌勻
Mix milk, condensed milk, whipping cream and salt together and stir evenly
2. 將牛奶糊倒入鍋中,以小火煮至冒煙
Pour the mixed milk into the pan, and cook with low-heat until it simmering
3. 過濾,倒入容器,冷凍約8-12小時
Make the milk sieved, pour into the container, and freeze for 8-12 hour

||芒果醬 MANGO JAM
1. 將芒果丁150g以食物調理機打成泥
Make the diced mango 150g blend with food processor
2. 將芒果泥倒入鍋中,加入糖,以小火先將糖煮化
Pour the mango puree into the pan, add sugar, and cook with medium-heat until the sugar melted
3. 加入芒果丁,煮至濃稠
Add diced mango to the pan, and cook until it become thick
4. 加入檸檬汁拌勻,放涼備用
Add lemon juice to the puree, stir evenly, and stand still to make it cool down
