Thick Clouds Cover Central Pennsylvania

Lasting remnants of Tropical Storm Ophelia brought drizzle and heavy cloud cover to Pennsylvania on Monday, September 25, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported.

The storm had dropped more than an inch of rain in some parts of the northeastern US by early Sunday morning, with heavy rain continuing to affect the Susquehanna Valley throughout the day.
