An eager black calf named Annabelle tried to keep pace with a group of horses as they raced across through a field in Mountain View, Arkansas, prompting her owner to joke that Annabelle wished “her legs were longer.”

Annabelle’s owner, Jennifer Patterson, who shot this video of the calf in August 2017, told Storyful that Annabelle was raised by a bottle and, once she was big enough to roam, was adopted into farm’s herd of horses and donkeys. Credit: Jennifer Patterson via Storyful
