Robert F Kennedy Jr announced that he will be running for president not as a Democrat, but as an Independent, at an event on Monday, October 9, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In his announcement, Kennedy, age 69, said he was declaring independence from “the two political parties and the corrupt interests that dominate them and the entire rigged system…that has turned government officials into indentured servants for their corporate bosses.”
