Residents in Portland, Oregon, woke to snowfall on Friday, March 24, as a winter storm impacted the region, the National Weather Service warned.

Footage taken by Twitter user @chriskclark, who said it was filmed in Happy Valley, east of Portland, shows large snowflakes falling on Friday morning.
