Thunderstorms Hit Georgia as Severe Weather Continues in the Region

A line of intense thunderstorms tracked over areas of central Alabama and Georgia on Sunday night, March 26, bringing heavy rain and flash flooding to the region, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

This footage shows large hail and lightning hitting Atlanta, Georgia, on Sunday night. “Just some spiky hail in Atlanta!” read the caption.
