Storm Ian caused extreme flooding in Winter Park, Florida, prompting authorities to issue a curfew in the region until 5 pm on Thursday, September 29.
Authorities said “extensive flooding and tree debris” had blocked roadways in the region.
Footage captured by Mark Durham shows a street, and part of a vehicle, submerged in floodwaters.
