Police officers in Beverly Hills, California, were spotted ditching their motorcycles to apprehend a suspected thief on Rodeo Drive on May 18.

Footage shared to the Street People Of Beverly Hills Instagram shows the incident with two officers tackling the man — who is seen carrying a large bag — to the ground on the corner of Brighton Way and Rodeo Drive.

The footage was shared by Beverly Hills Mayor Lili Bosse, who thanked the police for their service.
