A stunt artist in Rabat, Morocco, came up with a new way of getting the adrenaline pumping during his workout on January 31, with footage showing him exercising on a high rooftop.

The video was recorded by Ismail Tenni and shows his brother Khalid placing a wooden board in between rooftops before executing workout exercises.

Khalid Tenni told Storyful that he had to challenge both his mental and physical abilities in order to perform the stunt.

“[It] is one of the most dangerous challenges I have ever undertaken,” he said.
