Fishermen Free Great White Shark Caught in Fishing Lines off San Diego

Fisherman Sean Bailey and his father helped free a great white shark who was tangled in fishing lines off San Diego, California.

In a video shared on YouTube, Bailey said the shark was swimming in circles around his boat while he and his dad were fishing off Oceanside in San Diego’s north.

The pair noticed the shark was tangled in fishing lines and Bailey’s father steered the boat as Bailey removed the wires that were wrapped around the shark. Credit: Sean Bailey via Storyful
