Hurricane Sally left parts of Pensacola, Florida heavily flooded on September 17. Footage uploaded to Instagram by @thekelvinpowe shows downed trees, damaged houses, and flooded properties.

The NOAA’s National Ocean Service said that water levels at its tide stations along the Florida panhandle continued to rise after the hurricane’s landfall. The Pensacola station, it added, experienced flood levels over five-and-a-half feet above normal high tide.
